Mental Health and Well-being

For Parents/Carers

 

            There are small things we can all do to help be kind to your mind, and these can make a big difference to how we feel. Get expert advice and practical tips to help you look after your mental wellbeing and make them part of your daily routine.
Our Helpline provides advice and information to people experiencing mental health difficulties, their families, professional and the wider public.

Helpline: 0808 800 0028. Open 7 days a week 9.15am – 5.15pm  
If you have concerns about mental health; domestic abuse; parenting; bereavement; finance; problems with drugs and alcohol; you can find help and support from ‘From Birmingham with Love’.

  Online chat, resources and direct help for 10-25yr olds
When you call on 0800 1111 you’ll get through to a counsellor, they’re there to listen and support you with anything you’d like to talk about. 
If you need help for a mental health crisis or emergency you should get immediate expert advice.

These services offer confidential support from trained volunteers. You can talk about anything that is troubling you, no matter how difficult.
